Description of Service

StanSquad is a community platform for K-pop fans to discover, follow, and engage with content about their favorite idols. Features include:

Voting and supporting your favorite idols
Collecting and trading virtual photocards
Participating in bias battles
Community interactions and social features

User Accounts

When creating and maintaining your account:

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use bots or automated tools to manipulate votes or content
  • Upload or share inappropriate or offensive content

Virtual Currency and Purchases

Important: Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value.

  • Virtual currency (cheers, reps) has no real-world monetary value
  • Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users
  • Purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to modify virtual currency balances for abuse or errors

Intellectual Property

All content on StanSquad, including but not limited to logos, designs, and software, is owned by StanSquad or its licensors.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by posting you grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.

Third-Party Content

StanSquad displays content from third-party sources including social media platforms. We do not claim ownership of this content and it remains subject to the original creators' rights and the respective platforms' terms of service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StanSquad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
  • Any virtual currency or items may be forfeited
  • We may delete your account data

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
